PEAK Performance Fitness offers a wide variety of programming that emphasizes total conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.

The staff of certified fitness professionals are dedicated to providing quality, supervised programs in a safe and enjoyable environment! Peak offers the following weekly classes: Aerobics, Insanity, Pilates, Spinning, Strength, Yoga & Zumba.

Peak offers babysitting so you don’t have to make sacrifices. Enjoy some time for you and be comforted that your kids are close by while you are working out. Peak offers child sitting at a nominal fee to all our members with children or grandchildren.
